It helps to include the device and operating-system version you use, the ShiftAlong version shown by the app, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Please do not send passwords, government identification, payment-card information, or highly sensitive personal information.

About earnings estimates

ShiftAlong provides estimated gross earnings based on the information you enter and the settings you select. It is not a payroll system, timekeeping system, legal service, tax service, or employment-law compliance tool. It does not determine the wages or overtime compensation you are legally entitled to receive.
